Delivery

Free across the European Union, and paid for only when it reaches you. Where we send parcels, how long they take, and what happens at the door.

The cost of delivery

There is none on top of the price. The basket total is the whole amount the courier collects: the site price of each product, added together. No minimum spend, no charge for paying in cash, no fuel or handling fee.

The only exception is flagged before you commit. A small number of islands and remote districts are reached through a separate courier service; for those addresses, the confirmation says so and lists any extra carriage, so you can decide with the full figure in front of you.

Where parcels go

Anywhere in the 27 countries of the European Union with a street address: a house, a flat, an office or a manned reception. As the courier takes payment on the spot, the parcel must be handed to someone in person, which rules out lockers, PO boxes and pick-up points.

The delivery itself is carried out by independent courier firms following our instructions.

Timings

Once we have rung you to agree the day, we normally pass the parcel to the courier within one or two working days. The ranges below start from that day.

Country or regionWorking days on the road
Spain (mainland)1 to 3
France, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg2 to 4
Austria, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Croatia3 to 5
Nordic countries and the Baltic states4 to 7
Greece, Romania, Bulgaria4 to 7
Islands and remote districts5 to 10, confirmed in advance

These are typical, not guaranteed. Severe weather, strikes and the days around public holidays can lengthen them. If a parcel is running well behind, we chase the courier ourselves.

Following your parcel

On dispatch day you receive the courier’s name and a tracking reference by email. The first scan may take a few hours to appear. If the tracking has not moved for two working days, email support@tyrnix.com with the reference and we will look into it.

At the door

Couriers usually send a delivery window on the day. If you chose cash on delivery, have the amount ready, in your local currency and as near to exact as you can; drivers carry very little change and cannot take a card, a transfer or part of the amount at the door. Paid by card at the checkout, there is nothing to hand over.

You may open the box before you pay. Make sure it is the product you ordered and that it has not been knocked about in transit. If anything is wrong, refuse it: you pay nothing, and the parcel travels back to us at our expense.

The courier collects exactly the confirmed amount. If a driver asks for more, do not pay. Refuse the parcel and let us know.

Missed deliveries

The courier normally tries two or three times on consecutive working days and leaves a card or a message about rearranging. If none of the attempts succeeds, the parcel is returned to us, and we contact you to book a new delivery or to cancel, as you prefer.

Damage spotted after delivery

Write to us within 48 hours with the tracking reference and photos of the product, the outer box and the address label, and keep all the packaging for now. Once damage in transit is confirmed, we collect the item, send a replacement, and pay the carriage in both directions.

A different address

Before dispatch, just email the new one. Once the parcel is on its way, whether it can be redirected is up to the courier; we will find out and let you know.
