1. Parties

The seller is FLOFUM, S.L., CIF B75621250, registered office Calle Parcerisa 13, Local 1, 08014 Barcelona, Spain, trading on this site as Tyrnix (support@tyrnix.com). The buyer is you, as a consumer buying for private use.

2. The site

This website shows the products we sell and lets you request a price. It does not take orders and payments through a basket and a checkout. The price displayed for a product is what you pay for it, and the basket total is the sum of those prices.

3. Forming the contract

A listing on this site is an invitation to order, not an offer. You place an order at the checkout and receive an order number by email; we then confirm it by telephone and agree a delivery day, and that confirmation concludes the contract. An order can be declined, for example if a product has sold out, and in that case no contract exists. A declined order costs you nothing: with cash on delivery nothing was ever taken, and a card payment is returned in full.

4. Prices and carriage

Prices are stated in euros including VAT. Delivery to street addresses in the EU is free. Where an island or remote address requires a separate courier service, we write to you with any additional carriage before the parcel moves, and nothing further is added afterwards.

A later price change on the website does not affect an order already placed: the price on screen at the time you sent it still applies. A price that is plainly a mistake will be pointed out to you before anything ships, and you are then free to cancel at no cost.

5. Payment

Two ways, both for the exact total on your order: by card at the checkout, handled by the payment provider named there, or in cash to the courier when the parcel is delivered, in the local currency of the delivery country, having first been able to inspect it. No advance payment or deposit is ever requested.

6. Delivery, ownership and risk

Delivery times appear on the delivery page and are estimates. The product becomes your property, and your responsibility, once you have taken delivery and paid for it.

7. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without stating a reason, by notifying us by email, and must return the product within 14 days of that notice, quoting the return number we supply. The price you paid is refunded by bank transfer no later than 14 days after the product reaches us. Where the product shows handling beyond what was needed to examine it, we may deduct the resulting loss of value, which we will state in advance. See returns and refunds.

8. Legal guarantee

Each product is covered for three years from delivery by the legal guarantee of conformity that Spanish law provides. Claims are handled as described on guarantee and safety. These terms do not restrict any right you have as a consumer.

9. Use of the products

Follow the manual supplied with each product, in particular its instructions on heaters, steam and electrical safety. We are not liable for damage resulting from use that the manual advises against.

10. Liability

Where we breach these terms, we are liable for loss that was a foreseeable consequence of the breach. This does not exclude or cap our liability for negligence causing death or personal injury, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be excluded.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These terms fall under Spanish law, which does not remove the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live. You can go to court in Spain or at home. We recommend contacting us first; if a dispute remains, a consumer protection body in your country can help, as can your national European Consumer Centre (ECC) when the purchase crossed a border.

13. Amendments

We may amend these terms. Each order follows whichever version was online when you placed it.
